Animal Expert Jack Hanna Visits the Humane Society

In town, filming his unscripted and action packed series, “Into the Wild,” Jack Hanna and his family and film crew stopped by Friday to film a segment at the Charlotte Edkins Animal Adoption Center.  Hanna and his wife Suzi, who own a home in Bigfork, have been long-time supporters of the adoption center.

As part of their summer visit, they are filming in Montana and Canada and the shows are expected to air this fall.  “Jack Hanna’s Into the Wild” program is nationally syndicated and airs in 30 countries.  Last year the program won a Daytime Emmy for Outstanding Children’s Series and Hannah was nominated for Outstanding Host of a Children’s Series.  To “Jungle Jack,” his family and film crew – thank you, our doors are open any time!
